These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BL APPS MANAGEMENT AB, a Swedish company with company registration number (org.nr) 559275-3932, registered at Bagartorpsringen 78, 170 65 Solna, Sweden (“BL Apps”, “Earnly”, “we”, “our” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Earnly app and related services (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using Earnly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Earnly lets you earn virtual coins by completing tasks such as offerwall game offers and third-party surveys, and through features such as daily check-ins and referrals. Coins can be redeemed for real-world value through the withdrawal options offered in the app, such as PayPal payments and gift codes, subject to these Terms.
The specific offers, surveys, withdrawal options, coin values and conversion rates available to you may vary by country and may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Earnly you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. Earnly may also be limited to certain countries; we may decline or restrict access where the Service is not offered.
4. Your account
You register and sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity under your Earnly account.
Earnly is intended for one account per person and per device. Creating multiple accounts, or using another person’s account or device, to obtain additional rewards is not permitted and may result in suspension and forfeiture of coins.
5. Virtual coins
All balances, earnings and amounts shown in the app are virtual coins. Although values may sometimes be displayed using a currency symbol or an approximate cash worth for ease of understanding, coins are virtual points with no monetary value until a withdrawal is successfully completed. Coins cannot be transferred between users, exchanged outside the app, or treated as stored monetary value or a deposit.
We may adjust coin conversion rates, reward amounts and the reward catalogue, and we reserve the right to correct, withhold or reverse coins that were credited in error or as a result of invalid, reversed or fraudulent activity.
6. Rewards and withdrawals
- Coins must meet Earnly’s task-validation requirements before they can be withdrawn. Some offers and surveys are credited only after the partner confirms completion.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a maximum of 2 days.
- When you request a PayPal withdrawal, the payout is sent to the PayPal email captured on that request. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active PayPal account.
- We reserve the right to review, delay, withhold or reverse rewards, and to request additional verification, where we detect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.
- We may also, at any time and at our sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or reward, including for randomly selected withdrawal requests as a routine spot-check, even where no specific suspicion exists. Verification may include asking you to provide a photo of a government-issued identity document and/or a selfie photo together with a handwritten note showing the app name and the current date. The name on the identity document must match the identity associated with your account and withdrawal method. Rewards and withdrawals remain on hold until the verification is completed and approved. If you do not complete a requested verification within a reasonable time, or if the verification fails, we may reject the withdrawal and, in cases of confirmed fraud, suspend the account and forfeit the related coins.
7. Referrals
You may invite friends to Earnly using your referral link or code. Referral bonuses are credited according to the rules described in the app at the time, and only for genuine referrals of new users. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any attempt to manipulate the referral system are prohibited and may lead to reversal of bonuses and suspension.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use a VPN, proxy, emulator, location spoofing or similar techniques to misrepresent your identity, device or country, or to bypass eligibility restrictions;
- create multiple or fake accounts, or use bots, scripts or automation to interact with offers, surveys or rewards;
- manipulate, defraud or abuse offerwall partners, survey providers, the referral system or the rewards system;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; or
- interfere with the proper working of the Service or help anyone else do any of the above.
Violations may result in withholding or reversal of coins, suspension or permanent termination of your account.
9. Third-party offers, surveys and services
Many offers and surveys are provided by third parties. When you take part in a third-party offer or survey, you also agree to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to your interaction with the provider and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or for whether a particular offer credits, although we will help you where we reasonably can. Crediting of third-party rewards depends on the provider confirming completion.
10. Intellectual property
All content and software used in the Service are owned by BL APPS MANAGEMENT AB or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any earnings you receive comply with the tax and legal obligations that apply to you in your country of residence.
12. Privacy
Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, the updated Terms will be posted in the app and on this page, and your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and withhold or reverse coins, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those on virtual coins, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law) will continue to apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

17. Language
These Terms are provided in several languages for your convenience. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
