You can delete your Earnly account and its data at any time, directly inside the app. No email or form is required.
How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the Earnly app.
- Open the Profile tab (bottom right) and scroll to the settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice when asked. The second prompt warns you that the action is permanent.
Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your access to the account, your profile and your coin balance.
- You will not be able to sign in again with the same email, and the data cannot be restored.
What we keep, and why
- For legal and tax reasons, records of payouts we have already made to you are kept for up to 7 years and then removed. This is required by law and applies even after your account is deleted.
