You can delete your Earnly account and its data at any time, directly inside the app. No email or form is required.
How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the Earnly app.
- Tap the person icon in the bar at the bottom to open Profile, and scroll to the settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice when asked. The second prompt warns you that the action is permanent.
Once you confirm, your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your access to it, your coin balance, and your posts and likes in the community feed.
- Your consent to data collection is withdrawn.
- You will not be able to sign in again with the same email, and the account cannot be restored.
What we keep, and why
- Your data will be deleted. If you have received a payout, we keep the payout records and payment details for accounting, as required by tax law.
